The soil, the sun, the rain and our hands.

These are the ingredients that make up our taste for authenticity.

We are activists for biodiversity constantly searching for species once forgotten.

Agricolture with care, or “Agriconcura”: the mutual respect between us and Nature.

This is for us Quintosapore.

The Quintosapore organic extra virgin olive oil is produced with our olives which, during harvest season, are hand picked and cold pressed within 12 hours from harvest in order to retain the perfect quality, aroma and health properties.

We are proud to have been selected among the best 200 producers in Italy by “Gambero Rosso” and awarded with the sought after “2 leaves” in 2021.

Quintosapore’s Malmaturo wine is the only one of its kind in the world, coming from an ancient and forgotten variety of grape, tracing back to the Etruscans period of which we are the only custodians in the world. This unique wine is produced following bio dynamic principles, in a limited edition of 4,000 bottles and comes in three varieties:

  • Malmaturo White
  • Malmaturo Red
  • Malmaturo Avresir

Quintosapore is a brand interpreting and renewing the agri-food tradition, combining the company’s cornerstones – quality, passion and respect – with a strong orientation towards a sustainable future.

By cultivating untreated land and using techniques aimed at respecting nature, Quintosapore is a brand of total value that communicates a very personal way of being, which transcends appearance and immediately conveys, in an unequivocal way, the joy of offering something good, healthy and just.

Our products are grown exclusively with organic methods and applying the principles of biodynamic agricolture.

Our passion leads us to select the species that best adapt to constant climate change to minimize, if not eliminate, any type of treatment.

Our goal is the well-being of consumers.

We want you to experience the pleasure of eating authentic foods with forgotten tastes and share the joy of living food as a gift of nature, to be respected.

With love for the land and with the awareness of being tenacious guardians of a rich yet vulnerable world, we take care of the land we cultivate, respecting the peasant tradition, the territory and the value of our family.

United by a long passion for food and agricolture, transmitted from their parents Alberto and Paola, twin brothers Alessandro (actor/producer) and Nicola (co-founder and president Eco-Age), together with their sisters Caterina and Livia, purchased an abandoned farm neighboring their family property in Città della Pieve in 2019. What started as a small adventure, selling products from the back of a pick-up truck to local “Nonnas” from the town, soon grew into a small green-grocer, supplying to the community, as well as to restaurants around the country.

Along with being the local vegetable fix around town, Alessandro and Nicola discovered that the overgrown, abandoned vineyard on the land was home to an ancient and forgotten variety of grape, tracing back to the Etruscans period. Today, the Malmaturo wine grown at Quintosapore is the only one of its kind. Moreover, the first harvest of olive oil at the end of 2019 was given the “two leaves” recognition by the renowned Gambero Rosso Oli d’Italia Guide.
